Where Stories Come Alive: Ekansh Kalakshetra’s Vaani Returns for Its 15th Edition

Mumbai, July 2025 – In a world of fleeting attention spans and digital noise, Ekansh Kalakshetra has carved out a space where stories are not just told—they’re felt. With its flagship event Vaani – Kisse, Kahaniyaan aur Hum returning for its 15th edition on 26th July 2025, Mumbai is set to experience an evening where narratives leap off the stage and straight into the hearts of its audience.

A Dream Born in Mumbai, Realized for Artists Everywhere

Ekansh Kalakshetra started with a spark from its founder, Swaraj Singh. He was tired of waiting in long lines for casting calls and decided to create his own path. What he built became more than just a stage—it became a movement. Co-founders Sujay Malik and Nandita Rani joined him, helping create a space where art can be free, bold, and real. This is not just a platform. It’s a place for people who want to create without limits.

“During the pandemic, I taught storytelling and acting online to over 100 people from across the world. That period taught me one thing—stories have no borders, no walls. They can unite people even when the world is physically apart,” Swaraj recalls. Post-COVID, his vision became a reality. Ekansh Kalakshetra emerged as a sanctuary for talent, a creative hub where opportunities seek artists, not the other way around.

Today, it stands as a beacon for aspiring and established storytellers alike—a space where creativity breathes, emotions transcend boundaries, and every performance is a celebration of human connection.

Vaani: A Stage for Truth and Transformation

Since its inception, Vaani – Kisse, Kahaniyaan aur Hum has evolved into more than just a storytelling event. It has become a cultural phenomenon, a place where laughter, tears, and applause come together seamlessly. Over the past 14 editions, Vaani has featured voices from all walks of life—artists who dare to speak their truths, unfiltered and unafraid.

The upcoming 15th edition promises to be its most evocative yet, with a powerhouse lineup of storytellers including Kettan Singh, Nandita Puri, AnamikaJoshi, Rajkumar Kanojia, Sujay Malik, Nandita Rani, Swaraj Singh, Devanshu Singh, Utsav Sarkar, Sushant, Singh and Sahil Kumar, among others. From raw personal narratives to powerful fictional tales, the evening will be a tapestry of emotions designed to leave the audience transformed.

“Every story we bring to the stage is a mirror to society and a window into the soul. Vaani is where stories meet souls,” says Swaraj.

Powered by Partnerships That Believe in the Magic of Stories

The 15th edition of Vaani is a testament to the collective belief of partners who have stood by Ekansh Kalakshetra’s mission:

Why Vaani Matters

In a time where algorithms dictate narratives and screens mediate emotions, Vaani invites audiences to sit together, listen deeply, and feel fiercely. It’s a reminder of our shared humanity—a place where the power of a single story can spark reflection, empathy, and change.
